"Today I spoke with Bruce (the owner of Stansbury Electric) who gave me some advice that totally precluded his need to come out and make repairs--obviously saving us some money and even an inconvenience.
I was having trouble with a breaker in my fuse box so, after a Google search, I called and spoke with Bruce, who I've never met before. He said that before I incur the expense of a home visit and repairs, I should try a few things. He walked me through the process and sure enough it worked. My breaker was fine; it was a power strip that had gone bad, so the breaker, Bruce explained, was doing its job of keeping our house safe.
That kind of upfront honesty and integrity can be rare. I didn't actually need Stansbury to come to my house today, but I will certainly be calling Bruce in the future if needed."
